Tuesday morning I decided to return to Over Owler Tor for the sunrise as I’d been impressed with the heather the evening before and thought it would be good to see it under the morning light so I was up early and headed out at 04:30 am. The sunrise didn’t disappoint I chose to use a vertical composition which I think works well here using the gritstone rocks to lead your eye
through the frame with the large rock appearing to point towards the rising sun.
