The sunset at Carhead rocks was nice but the afterglow itself was spectacular. I could tell from observing the sky and the way the high cloud changed that I was going to be in for a treat and it didn’t disappoint. The sky took on some amazing pink shades as the sun dropped below the horizon producing a fantastic display which really set off the foreground rocks.
