After spending time in Padley woods I went onto Longshaw to check out the conditions there, I wasn’t disappointed as the mist was still present so I headed to the old Longshaw boathouse choosing a composition with an old fallen tree in the foreground giving a nice contrast with the scattered beech leaves and the moss against the soft tones created by the fog.
