I had a fantastic time on Satyurday photographing the Wolf moon, using the photopills app the exact location was planned to capture the full moon over Solomon’s temple which was 1.4km away at 16:14. The plan couldn’t have worked out any better and with clear skies the moon appeared a vibrant orange as it reflected the afterglow from the sun complete with a scattering of snow around the folly and a few people out enjoying the bitterly cold afternoon, it was a stunning sight to see!
