Wednesday afternoon with the sun finally out I headed up onto Higger Tor getting there in time for the sunset, it was decidedly bracing catching the tail end of storm Bran but the light itself was lovely, rain did arrive removing the chance of seeing the sunset so I was pleased to get a few shots before it hit. the large rock on the left is known as the shelter stone and can be a good place to get out of the rain if caught in a downpour, I didn’t require its services that day as my coat did a good job while I went back to my car!
