A fabulous start to the week with a heavy snowfall overnight covering the Hope Valley in a blanket of snow so it was time to get my boots on and head out for a walk. After visiting the higher edges I dropped down into Bolehill and was met with a glorious sight, a real Autumn meets Winter scene with this magnificent beech tree still adorned with its golden leaves backlit by the morning sun while the snow covered pathway invites you to take a walk further down into the woods.
