Friday evening I walked over Derwent Edge heading to the classic Peak District location the Salt Cellar for the sunset. The light was stunning and with the heather as good as any I’ve seen I was grinning like mad fools as I photographed this iconic scene. It’s a good 1.5 hours walk to get there but when you get conditions like these it’s certainly worth the effort.
