Tuesday evening I headed over to a poppy field that I’d heard about with the hope of catching some dramatic stormy light as the sun set, unfortunately the reality was somewhat different with just a flat grey sky so I concentrated on a more intimate image isolating a single flower from the many thousands in the field giving me a good excuse to return another evening.
