With mist forecast I decided to head over to the Upper Dove valley to get a shot that has so far eluded me. I thought that I’d made a mistake driving over as there was thick mist in the Hope Valley but driving over towards Buxton everything looked clear, luckily dropping down into Glutton Bridge I was delighted to see the mist was there. I parked up and headed up Chrome Hill stopping to take this shot looking back towards Parkhouse Hill where the first pre -sunrise colour was starting to appear.
